You’ll remain in a calm, relaxed state throughout the session, often with your eyes closed to better connect with your subconscious.

With your permission, the practitioner will connect to your energy to conduct an intuitive scan, identifying blocks or imbalances.

MUSCLE TESTING:
You’ll be taught how to perform a simple muscle test (while standing and facing north) to help identify limiting beliefs stored in your subconscious.

To ensure a powerful and effective Theta Healing session, preparation is key. Please take a few moments to review the following guidelines before we meet:
Hydration
Drink plenty of water before your session. Being fully hydrated is essential for clear, accurate, and strong muscle testing, which is a vital part of the healing process. Keep a glass of water nearby during the session as well.
Mindset & Intention
Approach your session with an open mind and heart, and a genuine intention for positive change. This mindset supports the healing process and allows for deeper, more impactful work.
Take some time for introspection before we meet. Reflect on:

Being clear on these points will help accelerate the pace and depth of your session.
Environment & Setup

Choose a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed.

Be prepared to stand and face north occasionally for muscle testing.

Have a written list of issues or topics you’d like to address.

We will connect via Zoom, so ensure your device is ready and working properly.
By following these simple steps, you’ll create the best possible foundation for a powerful and transformative session.
AFTER YOUR SESSION:

Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and support the healing process.

Take it easy: Avoid overexerting yourself for several hours, especially before your first sleep cycle.

Allow time to integrate: Your body is adjusting to the changes from the session. It's normal to feel minor aches or fatigue as detoxification and energetic shifts occur.

Notice the benefits: As the healing integrates, you may begin to feel lighter, calmer, and experience an uplift in mood. Full integration typically takes two full sleep cycles.
