Preparing for Your Session
To receive the deepest healing possible, it’s important to prepare both your body and your energy with care:
Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water beforehand. Hydration supports your body and ensures clear, accurate muscle testing—an important part of our work together. Keep some water nearby during your session too.

Set a Loving Intention
Take a few quiet moments to reflect on what you’re ready to release and the positive changes you wish to invite. Arriving with an open mind and heart allows the healing to unfold more deeply.

Create a Sacred Space
Choose a quiet, private place where you won’t be interrupted. You may be asked to stand and face north during muscle testing. Have a list of issues or areas you’d like to focus on. We’ll connect via Zoom, so ensure your device is ready and working smoothly.

A ThetaHealing session is a deeply meditative and transformative experience—gentle yet profoundly powerful. Each session is unique, guided by the Creator of All That Is, and unfolds with your full permission, participation, and collaboration.
We begin by setting a heartfelt intention of a sacred space for healing. Together, we enter a relaxed, meditative state of the Theta brainwave—a gateway to your subconscious mind where beliefs, emotional patterns, and programming are stored. Here, deep healing and transformation can unfold with ease and grace.
Nothing in a ThetaHealing session happens without your clear consent. The process is always gentle, collaborative, and deeply supportive—inviting you to heal, transform, and step fully into your authentic, empowered self.
During a session, you can expect:

You’ll remain comfortably seated, often with your eyes closed, allowing you to connect more deeply with your inner wisdom.

How Many Sessions Will You Need?
Every healing journey is beautifully unique. While many clients notice profound shifts after just one session, the number of sessions varies from person to person. Factors such as the depth and complexity of the issue, age, and layers of trauma can all play a role.
