The Theta Brainwave State

ThetaHealing uses the Theta brainwave state to create deep healing and transformation—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

The Theta brainwave exists between the conscious and unconscious mind, where memories, emotions, and deeply rooted patterns are stored. In this relaxed and meditative state, you’re able to bypass surface-level thoughts and access the subconscious directly—making space for profound shifts to take place.

Theta brainwaves resonate at a frequency of 4–7 cycles per second and are associated with deep meditation, inspiration, and spiritual connection. It’s in this state that we can gently release what no longer serves us and open to new, supportive beliefs that align with our highest good.

 

To understand the Theta brainwave, it helps to know how brainwaves work:

  • The brain operates at different frequencies throughout the day.

  • When you’re deeply relaxed—like in the moments between wakefulness and sleep—your brain slows down to a Theta rhythm.

  • In contrast, when you’re alert and focused, your brain operates at faster frequencies.

  • Brainwaves are created when specialized brain cells, called neurons, communicate through electrical impulses. These rhythms can be measured with an EEG (electroencephalography) test.
